Dragon Queen Book Three: Dragon Bound

Cora doesn’t know who to trust or believe in. Her world has been turned upside down since the accidental dragon mating call in the first book in this series. Does Salim really care about Cora or just want to control her and the dragons? What does her mother know that she isn’t telling Cora? How can she trust her sister Diane, when she learns that Diane is jealous and wants a dragon of her own? Greg is just a pawn but who is behind him giving the orders? Will Cora learn to control the dragons or be destroyed in the attempt?

Dragon Bound is the third and final book of the Dragon Queen trilogy and ties up all the loose ends for Cora nicely, while also leaving a crack exposed that could become more books in the series in the future. We finally learn who is behind this mess and why Cora has been targeted. Cora is forced to stand up for herself and take control of the forces manipulating her to be able to survive. And Cora must decide if she wants a relationship with Salim and his dragon or not. There are a couple of unique plot twists to keep the reader off balance and add new complexities to Cora’s already complicated life, but finally we get some resolution to Cora’s situation. There are a number of interesting secondary characters from this series that would lend themselves to further books and Cora’s dragon situation at the end certainly lends itself to another potential book or two. This whole series is a quick, quirky, pleasurable read with lots of paranormal intrigue to keep all the paranormal fans entertained. If you want something different, fairly lighthearted, and intriguing to read, Dragon Bound and the rest of this series will not disappoint you.
