Stealing Carmen by Gail Faulkner is a hot, erotic, novella with a sexy hero and a woman willing to do what he wants. Carmen wants to be submissive, and she wants it to be with Jack. She knows what she wants and she’s not afraid to try new things. She doesn’t back down from her needs, and she is a highly likable character. Jack is dominant and he knows how to treat Carmen. He is a straight to the point character and it is refreshing to see a hero who doesn’t play around, and says what he means. He knows what he wants and isn’t too proud to go after it. Gail Faulkner has written a fantastic story with Stealing Carmen, and she left me hungry for more.
