Laynee Mialosa is a High Priestess of Carrillian, she is also a shy quiet woman who has always lived in her twin sister’s shadow. When she is told that she is to be the next to form a triad for the Goddess, Laynee doesn’t know if she can live up to expectations. Especially when her chosen mates appear and one is a tiger and the other is her brother- in-law!

Fane of Gavaire is a Tigerian, captured and cruelly tortured by the evil Banart, all he wants is revenge. When he suddenly appears in a strange woman’s home he knows immediately by her smell that she is his mate. The problem is that it appears he will have to share her and Tigers aren’t known for their sharing skills.

Sayre Raden, the identical twin of Dare Raden, is a Savari. When he is summoned to Jaynee’s living room he immediately knows what the situation is, now all he has to do is convince the other two that a triad is necessary to win the battle against the Banart.

A continuing storyline makes the Triad series one that I highly recommend be read in order. Now on to the fun stuff, I loved Laynee. Quiet, shy, socially isolated. Having always lived in her more outgoing twin’s shadow she was never given the opportunity to shine on her own merits. Watching as she develops her own individuality and confidence as the story progressed was a real treat. Fane and Sayre together made the perfect man. Each had attributes that complimented the other and made the other stronger. When combined with Laynee they were a force to be recognized. The plot line furthered the war against the evil of the Banart and the importance of the forming triads that began in the previous book. The sensual scenes were steamy and plentiful and added to the story. This is a great story in a series that is well on its way to being great as well!
