The joy in reading Zarius is watching Star fall for such a man who is overbearing but is tender and sweet at the same time. I really felt for Zarius as he has ventured to this strange world to find this woman who can complete him. Star is so self conscience and afraid with the thought of falling in love because of what happened to her mother. And even though Zarius is the world’s best lover in her eyes and needs her love and devotion, her trust issues threaten to destroy their happiness. L.A.
