The Greek Tycoon’s Unwilling Wife
Andreas Petrakos fell hard and fast for the beautiful young woman Rebecca Ainsworth, and it seemed that she felt the same way he did and soon they would be married. However, someone called Andreas and told him that Rebecca cheated on him. Andreas never thought that she would betray him that way, but he hired a private investigator to check into the matter. After the wedding, while they are at his private Greek island, he gets very disturbing news that verifies that she cheated on him, and there are pictures that prove this. Andreas tells Rebecca that their wedding was a mistake, and he throws her off the island vowing never to see her again and telling her that she will come crawling back to him in need of money before he will ever think of her again. One year later he is right in that she needs money from him, but he also needs her in ways that only a husband can need a wife. Can this couple work out the misconceptions about their marriage and have a future?
Rebecca Ainsworth thought that all of her dreams came true when she married the man that she was in love with. Then right after they are married, he informs her that the marriage is a mistake and throws her off the island. She has no idea what made him change his mind, but she tries to get back to her old life without Andreas. Unfortunately he is right in that she needs money to try and save her nieces life. She goes to the island to talk to him and learns that he has been in a terrible auto accident and has been asking for her. The only problem is that he thinks that she is his mistress and not his wife. Rebecca will do whatever it takes for her niece, and maybe while she is there, she can determine what made him break off the marriage a year ago.
This story is one that will break your heart and then go ahead and mend it at the end of the book. The anger that Andreas feels towards Rebecca is tangible, and so life like that the walls shook around me while I was reading this book. The feelings that Rebecca has for Andreas is a love that never went away, but also anger over the way that he did her a year ago. Will these two be able to turn to each other to get the truth out of their situation or will their marriage be doomed? The emotions are very realistic and they make the book impossible to put down until you finish the last page. The ending is so perfect that if I didn’t already like reading a romance book this one would hook me on the genre. If you’re looking for a great read then pick up a copy of The Greek Tycoon’s Unwilling Wife, and you won’t be disappointed.
