Destiny Smith is no Whitney Houston and her singing voice can make every animal within ten miles seek shelter and earplugs. What she lacks in vocal talents she more than makes up with her abilities as a healer and mechanic. Not to mention Destiny is just crazy with a capital “c”. She finally meets the one man who can turn her sexy butt inside out, but unfortunately for Destiny, Jack is too alpha to back down.

Jack Mann is the Alpha of the Black Ridge Pack and the Supreme Alpha of all werewolf packs of the Northern Hemisphere. He is intelligent and takes his role as leader seriously. His calm manner and fairness have earned Jack the respect of those in his command.

Jack saw Destiny and every part of his body including his wolf came up with the same word -- Mine! Fireworks turn into a nuclear explosion and the Alpha is ready to make the Healer his mate.

Ms. Jeanie Johnson’s V8 -- The Healer and the Alpha had me hooked from the first page. Destiny is that crazy cousin you don’t admit you have until the stuff hits the fan. She isn’t scared to speak her mind, and will defend those she loves with her spirit. Jack is laidback, but when it comes to Destiny all bets are off. If you touch his woman you may as well forget about seeing the next sunrise. Destiny truly made Jack work hard to capture her. However, the Supreme Alpha was up to the challenge. Ms. Johnson writes in a style all her own. V8 -- The Healer and the Alpha has a great deal of humor, but it also has suspense, drama, action and romance laced throughout the story. If you are a fan you won’t be disappointed, and if you are a new comer you are in for a treat.
