Accidentally Dead

After leaving her job at Bobbie-Sue, Nina Blackman was in desperate need of a job so she went to a training school and got a degree, but her first day on the job as a dental assistant didn’t turn out the way she expected. After her sexy patient Greg comes in with a chipped tooth and received a shot of anesthesia he started acting really weird, so weird that he bit Nina hard enough to draw blood. Although it scared her a bit, she didn’t give it a whole lot of thought especially when her boss gave her the rest of the day off, until she woke up the next day with no memory of sleeping for an entire day and discovers she has fangs.

Now Nina is on a mission to find a way to turn herself back in a living, breathing human except the vampire who turned her says that it’s impossible to un-turn her. Nina is afraid that the cute vamp might be trying to recruit her into some kind of vampire gang. Although it might not be so bad if she gets to look at him every day, she’s starting to learn how hard it is to resist the charismatic vamp and when his problems are brought to her attention, Nina must make a very hard decision that will change her life forever.

Accidentally Dead follows The Accidental Werewolf and can be read as a standalone story although if you’ve ever read one of Ms. Cassidy’s stories, you know that you never want to miss one.

Nina is a very strong woman that doesn’t trust easily or allow people to get close to her due to her painful childhood but Greg’s confident, easygoing ways pushes through her barriers before she knows it. Greg’s patience with Nina’s gruff ways was endearing and the passion that flowed between them was sizzling hot!

Dakota Cassidy is a talented writer that pens amazingly funny stories with heart and heat as well as excitement and her newest release is no exception.

Accidentally Dead is a fabulous book that had me rolling with laughter and wishing the story would never end. This is one summer release that you won’t want to pass up!
