Stolen by the Sheikh

When Lady Christine Langtry was abducted off the streets of Casablanca, Morocco, she didn’t know what to think. Now, she’s being held captive in the luxurious tent belonging to Sheikh Zafar bin Hassan, ruler of a desert tribe. The sheikh has made the preposterously barbarian claim that her late husband stole some of the sheikh’s horses and since the man is now dead, he’s making Christine pay for his debt—with her body.

Christine doesn’t want to like the sheikh. He’d swept her onto the back of his horse and tied her to a pole inside his tent. But even as she tries to loathe the man who’s stolen her freedom, she can’t help the burning desire building within her each time she hears his sensuous voice, looks into his dark eyes and feasts her own eyes on his muscular body. With an air of sensual ownership, the sheikh caresses her, tactilely commanding her response while whispering words of promised pleasure. Christine melts into his arms, her mind and heart awhirl: their lives, their backgrounds are worlds apart, how can she fall for a desert lord?

Marianne LaCroix pens a wonderfully sultry tale of desert heat in Stolen by the Sheikh Lady Christine Langtry might be a proper British wife but in Morocco she shows her true colors as she falls for the tall, dark and sinfully handsome sheikh. Zafar’s masterful lovemaking is enough to send the most contemporary of women swooning, even when he’s at his most demanding.

Christine and Zafar are a well-matched couple. Her feistiness is just what his demanding confidence needs, and their explosive lovemaking is hotter than a Moroccan heat wave. Bypass the cold water with this story and head straight for the nearest walk-in freezer!

Thank you, Ms. LaCroix, for this entertaining story. You’ve added fuel to my fantasy’s fire with this one.
