Jerri and Sam are feeling a little sorry for themselves. They’ve tied up all their available funds in a vintage clothing business, and things aren’t going well for them at the New Las Vegas trade show. Then two twin hotties suddenly fall out of the sky and things take a decided turn for the bizarre.

Ka’Four and Deuce are from the future, a future that is the result of a catastrophe that they have come back in time to stop. But that is only one of their secrets. For in their time there are no women and they aren’t completely human. They are part animal and that makes them much more than human.

Half Wild is a hot little read. The characters of Jerri and Sam aren’t your typical heroines, they aren’t size 6, blonde bombshells for starters and that makes them all the more appealing. Sam is especially compelling as a kick butt curvy woman who doesn’t take crap off of anyone. She is protecting a wounded heart, and she is the voice of reason in the beginning. Ka’Four and Deuce are mouthwateringly hot men, and their story is very compelling. I would have liked a bit more of the history or I suppose I should say a deeper glimpse at the future the men have come from as it sounded very interesting. The story was a bit jumpy and at times I would have to stop and reread a line to figure out whose viewpoint I was seeing the story through but other than that I enjoyed it.
