Twin Temptations is Book 6 in the Rutledge Werewolves series

Samantha Rutledge is single and happy. She has a thriving PI business and her relationships with her twin brother and extended family keeps her from feeling lonely. After meeting Callum MacLennon she can’t deny her instant attraction and gives in to temptation. After all he’s leaving for a job in Australia and their sex will be a no strings attached affair.

Eight months later Callum is suspected of being involved in the disappearance of two wolf cubs, and her twin, Alex, asks her to investigate. Sam is more than willing to keep an eye on Callum, but the problem will be limiting her self to looking but not touching. Can she withstand the temptation of his presence long enough to get to the bottom of the mystery?

Twin Temptations is very short and while it could stand alone the plot would make a great deal more sense and be more enjoyable if you have read the previous offerings in the series. The tension between Sam and Callum is intense and smolderingly sensual from the first moment that they meet. The mystery and the reasons behind the wolf cubs’ disappearance was a bit thin for a plot point, but the relationship between Sam and Alex and then Sam and Callum were fun to explore. Elizabeth Lapthorne has written an endearingly fun family with the Rutledge Werewolf series and Twin Temptations is a tidbit that fans will love.
