Silvia is coming home after a rough day at work. She is a nurse and lost her patient, which brings back the memories of her own husband’s death. She is ready to suffer alone, but is shocked to find Andy there. Andy is ten years younger than Silvia’s forty-six years, and is her lover. Silvia enjoys having Andy in her life because he doesn’t expect anything more of her than just a passionate affair. But Andy is now having second thoughts and wants to have more than just a no strings attached affair with Silvia.

Andy enjoys being with Silvia and doesn’t care about her age. But Silvia holds back a part of herself that she won’t share with him. He would love to spend the night asleep in her arms, but Silvia never asks that of him. Andy now wants more than just a few hours of pleasure in the arms of the woman he is falling for.

Convincing Silvia is a wonderful romance with an older woman who doesn’t realize her appeal to the younger man in her life. Andy is one special guy and the devotion he has for Silvia is so sweet! I also felt for Silvia whose feelings for Andy are confusing. She is trying to get over the memory of her husband and how she really feels about having a love affair with a man much younger than herself. This doesn’t stop Silvia from enjoying the physical aspect with Andy, but her heart is off limits. It was enjoyable to see Andy break down her defenses and not care about their age difference.

Erin Aislinn has written a nice gem of a romance with Convincing Silvia. It is sweet, sexy and overall fun read that should not be missed!
