I had no trouble at all believing the attraction between these two. Caroline, your typical mid thirties divorcee, comes to life on the pages. She’s tough, independent and just a little needy. Kevin is hot, and it’s not because he’s mowing the lawn, but he’s a young man who knows who he wants if not what he wants. The job of a lifetime at the end of summer isn’t really his idea of a great future but the sexy divorcee next door certainly is. After some hot and heavy spontaneous sex in the cab of his pickup, this pair get hot and heavy at every available opportunity. Watching their feelings develop is heartwarming. Faced with the end of summer they dive deeper into their fling, leaving you breathless with anticipation of their next encounter. Ms. Erickson doesn’t skim on emotions, as we’re treated to a glimpse of their growing feelings throughout the book and when faced with discovery, the emotional fallout is real and heart wrenching. Oh Yum! Too Tempting is another great read from this talented author.
