One Night With You

Caught on the road in the middle of a thunderstorm, Alice pulls over to side of the road. When a cop pulls up and offers to wait it out with her Alice is more than relieved to have company. Especially one as good looking as he is. Sexier than he has a right to be Alice wishes she was brave enough to flirt. But she’s just plain old Alice, owner of a book shop; even if she did flirt he’d never be interested. When the storm passes, Alice leaves with nothing more than a first name.

Ronin isn’t about to let the sizzling attraction between them go. Two days later he offers Alice a walk on the wild side; one night with him to live out the adventure of a life time. Once Ronin gets her to his house and in his bed, he’s not about to stop until he unleashes the sexy woman he knows is hiding behind the plain exterior. Will one night be enough for Ronin to convince Alice to take the adventure for the rest of her life or will she hide behind the plain girl she’s always been?

What’s not to like about a sexy cop that comes to the rescue? Ronin is dark and mysterious and dangerous in ways Alice could never imagine. Alice is true to character, the shy woman hides a sexy siren waiting for just the right man to set her free. I loved her struggle with herself, how she badly wants to break free but she’s been the shy book worm for so long. It doesn’t help that her cousin Cassandra does nothing but point out how plain Alice is. Luckily for her Ronin sees through the outer shell and wants nothing more than to touch the woman beneath. Alice’s quirky little book shop holds some interesting characters, adding to the appeal of One Night With You. Jane E. Jones knows how to make sex sizzle. From bed to shower and back to bed, Ms. Jones has the pair burning down the house. For a quick read One Night With You offers a great read, with plenty of heat to steam up your screen.
