Cristoval is the leader of the resistance, he’s loved and hated and considered a freak by many. He ends up captured by scientists who will do anything to learn more about him. They don’t care about what they have to do to him, or to others, for their cause. Dragana, who we met in the previous books, is back from the dead, and she is finds herself captured as well. After being a difficult captive, she ends up thrown in with Cristoval, and together they have to survive, and deal with the feelings they have towards each other.

The third in the Lycan Warriors series, Carnal is another great addition. The title says it all, these characters are intense and the chemistry between them is smoking. Dragana has grown as a character, and she is not just a heroine who stumbles along after the hero. Cristoval is the perfect match for her, and it helps that he is extremely sexy. The story is well written and you are drawn into it immediately. These are people I came to care about, and I couldn’t wait for them to get their vengeance. The action is great and the bad guys are truly evil. Nathalie Gray has done it again with Carnal and I can’t wait for more.
