Bound by Deception

All Lord Oliver Marsden wants is one night with his best friend, Lord Vincent Prescot. After finding out that Vincent has an affinity towards men just like Oliver, Oliver decides to go for it. He makes a deal with the owner of the brothel both Vincent and Oliver frequent and, under the shroud of darkness, has one great night with Vincent. Oliver finds that the one night comes with a price and that price just may include his friendship with Vincent. The real question though, is one night enough?

What a sexy surprise Bound by Deception turned out to be. Set in Nineteenth Century England, with all of the rigid control London society had in those days, Bound by Deception explores the little heard of homosexual side of society. I can’t say what liberties Ava March might have taken but the whole premise of the story seems plausible from start to finish. The only unlikely part was one friend not recognizing another even if it was somewhat dark in the room, but this little detail pales quickly when the story moves to the hot steamy parts. This was my first experience reading an Ava March book and I can definitely say that it will not be my last.
