Cody doesn’t like going undercover and he especially doesn’t like waiting while he’s undercover. But Cody would do just about anything for the job he loves, including waiting for another undercover cop named Pete. When Pete finally shows up playing the part of a prostitute Cody is surprisingly attracted to him. Playing the john won’t be so bad after all. Both men find they have a lot of chemistry between them, but Cody doesn’t do casual sex well. Can they find a way to get what they both want? Or will the job get in the way of anything more developing?

Chris Owen and Julia Talbot make such a great team. Good Cop, Bad Cop turned out to be one of my favorite stories. With characters like Cody and Pete how could it not have? Cody plays the hard-nosed cop really well, until he shows his more sensitive side. The fact that he doesn’t do casual sex was a great twist for this character. Who could resist Pete? I know I couldn’t. Pete is likeable right from the start, with his quick smiles and easy charm. All this combined with Pete being an undercover cop, broke some stereotypes for me I wasn’t even aware I had. I’m hoping that Chris Owen and Julia Talbot create some more great characters together.
