Tobias “Toby” Archer is a lawyer who has begun flipping houses for profit on the side. He found that he really enjoyed the satisfaction he gained from working on the first house he flipped along with Ven Parrish and his construction crew. Now he has bought another house to flip and hired Ven to help him out again. But, it’s harder and harder for Toby to keep his mind on the job and off Ven’s hot body. When Toby comes home from work to a disaster Ven is more than happy to come to the rescue, showing Toby just how good he can be with his hands.

This is a hot little story. The sensual scenes weren’t very graphic but managed to be smoking hot. My imagination worked overtime playing out the interactions between Toby and Ven. I would have liked a bit more than the small amount of time that was spent on the relationship between Toby and Ven but I know that there are at least two more short stories expected in this series. I hope that they will focus on the continuing development of Toby and Ven. All in all, Renovations 1: Flipping Out was a fun little read and I am looking forward to continuing the adventure soon.
