Ethan Thorn is a player. He loves women and all of the pleasure that he can bring to them. However, three years ago he met a woman that made him feel different. She made him feel complete, but this woman had been seeing someone for a while and he has asked her to marry him. Her fiancée knew that she would have a rough time getting used to living in the outback of Australia, so he told her to think long and hard before she accepted his proposal. While she is thinking about the proposal she meets Ethan and she falls for him just like he did for her. If this was a normal affair she could have broken up with the other man and continued to see Ethan. However, this affair is not normal because the other man is Ethan’s brother.

When Denae Button met Ethan Thorn she immediately fell for him, fast and hard. She knew that he was a player by watching how he reacted to the other women that he danced with. But when they were together he seemed to focus only on her, and for the little bit of time that they were together their time was perfect. Then Denae’s world falls apart, Ethan finds out that she is engaged to his brother and the affair ends, also, she discovers that she is pregnant with Ethan’s child. For three years she and her son have lived on their own, but that changes the night that Ethan’s rescue squad pulls her and a cousin from a sinking ship in the middle of a stormy night. What will happen now that they have met again after all of these years?

If you can read Riptide Love and not fall in love with Ethan Thorn and the rest of the characters in this book then I will be very surprised. I was immediately drawn into the story by the sheer shock of what was going on with the brothers and how it would affect their relationship. This is a story that should have shaken the foundations of this family. The love that blossomed between Denae and Ethan was a very strong emotion and hopefully it will bind the family together and heal the rift between the brothers. This family is a strong family and they stick together through thick and thin. There are several things that happen throughout the story that will prove just how strong their family relationship is. I loved this story as well as Boomerang Love, the first brother’s story, and will be eagerly awaiting the third brother’s story so that this family can be together in love.
