In the Closet

Doug Harper has figured out that being locked in a tiny closet is no fun. It took him even less time to realize that being locked in with Simon Patterson is even less fun. Both men barely tolerate each other at work. It takes them both no time at all to realize their co-workers are tired of the arguments that persist between them. Doug and Simon are forced to examine their working relationship and their attraction to each other. They come to understand a bit about the other and find out they have more in common than they thought.

Clare London creates a funny, unique novella, that’s just the right size for a quick read. At first Doug and Simon seem to be very different people and these differences cause rifts at work. Both men find out that they deliberately try to make the other angry and this causes problems for their co-workers, which is why they get locked in the closet. Even though more conversation was needed between Doug and Simon about the attraction they have for each other, their initial arguments were interesting and funny. Of course, with two men that are attracted to each other, something is bound to happen and when it did the closet heated up fast. In the Closet is well worth it!
