The year is 1932 and the place is London.

Adam Dellafield is the chairman of Celtic Corporation. He is also a Druid. Adam has just spotted the most beautiful woman; her name is Miss Slaide Rivendell. She and her niece Becca have just moved into the place Adam had available for rent. Adam adores Becca but Slaide is another story all together. She acts prim and proper like Adam is not good enough for her. Adam knows he can make Slaide have a change of prospective when it comes to him. He just has to figure out how to make that happen. But, someone is out to get Slaide, will Adam figure out who wants to harm Slaide before it’s too late?

When Adam sees something or someone that he wants, he goes after it. I liked that about Adam. He was a take charge kind of guy but without being overbearing. While I did like Slaide, I felt she was almost secondary in this story; which I was sad to see as she was supposed to be one of the main characters. Other than this small detail, Garland of Druids: Druid Triumphant was a fast read for me. Garland of Druids: Druid Triumphant is book six in the Garland of Druids series. I have read some of the other books in this series and enjoyed them a bunch. There has not been one that I have read that I didn’t like. When I am looking for a first-rate book to read, I know I don’t have to go any further then a Jean Hart Stewart book. I can’t think of any other druid family as well loved as the Dellafield family. Before I read my first Garland of Druids book, I didn’t know what a druid was or what they could do. Now I am educated on the ways of the druid and love them. Ms. Stewart is one of my favorite authors. I will keep reading her books for as long as she keeps producing them.
