Life as a Poser

After being caught in the juiciest scandal of her senior year, Eva graduates early and moves to L.A. to live with her aunt. It just so happens that her aunt is intent on making her a star. Yet Eva also wants to go to Hollywood to get to know the mother that abandoned her. A mother who was once a famous model and now won’t admit she even has a daughter. To top it all off Eva is stuck rooming with a bunch of teen stars that are making her life crazy. Add the too hot Hollywood insider, Danny, and Eva is all twisted in knots.

A very cute book on what life can be like as a teenager. Eva wants to be somebody, and has a real chance. But what price will she be willing to pay? Beth Killian writes to teens and it’s no wonder that this book has the Mtv name on it. Teens will love and identify with Eva even if they have never tried to make it big. This book had me giggling at some of the characters she runs across in her attempt to be someone in L.A., Life as a Poser should be on every teen girls reading list. If you know a teen girl, be sure to pick this book up for her, she will love it.
