On the way to paying homage to his King, Eric Ice Tooth is pushed into a pile of manure. This doesn't bother him very much. There are other men who stink worse. That is, until he spots Bera, the King's daughter. He knows immediately he must have her and when she refuses his advances, he kidnaps her, taking her back to his own village.

Eric Ice Tooth may be a large, good looking man, but Bera will not be married to a man who stinks. She is also no slave, refusing to cater to Eric's demands. His method of punishing her disobedience has her rethinking her no-marriage stance. For a tough warrior, he has a tender touch.

Northman's Passion is a passionate Viking story between two strong willed people. Bera is feisty and fiery. She makes washing clothes a fascinating plot point. Eric appreciates her sass, creating situations where she's most likely to lose her temper. Eric's two brothers are so well-developed, they leap off the page and demand their own story. There is plenty of intrigue and adventure in this short spicy slice of Viking life. Northman's Passion will leave readers counting the days until the sequel is released.
