Cy has an interesting profession to say the least. One that gets him into trouble. A Lot! When he gets hired (not that he has a choice but to take the job) to do a job, the last thing he expects is to find love in the process. In Cy's line of work love is never a good idea, especially when it's with an office temp who may know more about the demon brothel Cy's investigating then he originally let on. Now Cy not only has to keep himself safe but the office temp as well. Almost impossible!

Originally when I read the blurb for this book I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. But what a great surprise this book turned out to be! Cy comes off as a very hard-hearted man. Not that surprising really given his profession, but you soon learn that when Cy loves, he does it with is whole-heart. This is just one of the many very sexy traits the main character has to offer. The plot is equally as complex as the main character, having many surprising and unexpected twists and turns. I will most definitely pick up more of Angela Fiddler's work in the future!
