Texas Surrender is a sexy cowboy story. Avery and JD are both rough and tough alpha men in their own ways, and you will need a glass of water after reading about these two. Avery never even realized how much he loves pain and wants to be dominated until JD comes along, and watching him learn this about himself tugs at your heart. Claire Thompson gets you emotionally involved, and I love that in a book. JD and Avery both need each other, and the ride to them figuring that out is fun, sexy and, at times, sad. Claire Thompson knows how to write a great love scene between a dominant and his submissive without leaving you feeling cold. Texas Surrender will definitely keep you warm during those cold nights.
