Granite Kiss
Elena Xavier has always been different. She hears other people's thoughts. She feels presences around her no one else sees. As Halloween approaches, the presence she feels is evil. Someone or something wishes to use her powers for destructive purposes. She is grabbed outside her workplace and cries for help. The help she receives is from a gargoyle.

Over 200 years ago, Zander was cursed for loving the wrong woman. Now, he spends his nights protecting people from evil and his days as a stone statue. When he rescues Elena from his nemesis, he feels the first stirrings of lust in centuries. It has to be lust. He would never be foolish enough to love again, not even if the fate of the world depended on it.

Granite Kiss is a steamy romance between a gifted human and a cursed gargoyle. The story starts slowly with the couple not meeting until page fourteen of this sixty seven page novella. When Elena and Zander do meet, sparks fly. The chemistry between them sizzles. The dialogue is often witty and laugh-out-loud funny. Some of the secondary characters are so interesting, they warrant their own stories. Granite Kiss will please fans of gargoyle romances.
