Gideon is just one of those characters you can't help but like. His treatment of Tybalt is that of a skilled Master. Watching him walk the shy man through his induction into the life as a slave is invigorating. Sean Michael incorporates a healthy dose of erotic imagery with a taste of action and suspense to create yet another stimulating episode in the Velvet Glove series. Tybalt and Gideon make a well matched couple. Gideon's ability to understand his submissive's needs made the story much more enjoyable. You could feel his love for Tybalt, and couldn't help but to root for the couple. Those who have enjoyed the series will enjoy Velvet Blade.
