JD McAaden has asked Santa for only one thing this year for Christmas, he wants his parents to stop fighting. He hears his parents fighting, sees how they stop when he walks into the room and thinks that he's the reason they fight. JD wishes everything could be happy again and hopes that Santa can make it happen. He doesn't realize that his parents' fighting isn't because of him. It's because his did has been spending a lot of time working, and his mom is tired of feeling like she comes after his job. Plus she suspects that he is having an affair.

Faith and Taylor McAaden know that their fighting isn't good for their son and agree to work on the problems between them, but is it too late to save their marriage?

JD's Christmas Wish is a fun, heartwarming tale of love, family, and determination. It's a story that I imagine many women will also be able to identify with. Faith and Taylor have let their marriage fall behind the normal everyday things that need to be done, and it's caused them both to feel disconnected from each other and in turn has hurt their son as their marriage seems to be falling apart. They must decide if they can fix what is broken or if they need to just walk away.

Ms. Culver has done a great job of writing a story that flows along a fast pace, but doesn't feel rushed as many short stories do. This story is sure to be a winner if the reader is looking for a passionate tale with warm, true to life characters and a bit of Christmas magic thrown in. 4 Angels!
