Ravenous
Holly Carver is a witch. She works for her family’s preternatural investigations business, usually dealing in exterminating ghosts from haunted houses. Of course, Holly doesn’t work alone. Her partner in crime is Alessandro Caravelli, a vampire.

When Holly heads out to the Flander’s house, she gets more than she bargained for. The house wants Holly. When Holly destroyed the evil in the house, she opened a portal to the otherworld. A demon has crossed over and is looking to eliminate Holly for good. The one thing you can guarantee about Holly is that if she is involved, trouble is not far behind in Fairview.

Ravenous is the debut novel from Sharon Ashwood. Let me tell you that after reading this book, Ms. Ashwood will leave you craving for more. It’s a good thing that she is here to stay in the paranormal world. Right away, from the first moment you pick up Ravenous and start reading it, you are enthralled by the hard-hitting, action-packed plot. Holly is my type of heroine. She holds nothing back, and if you don’t watch yourself, she will kick your butt. There are very few vampires that I really enjoy, and Alessandro is one of them. He plays the part of the good guy with the bad boy persona and a sarcastic attitude so well. I am anxiously awaiting the next book from new, talented author Sharon Ashwood.
