Cassidy Ryan has created contemporary story with characters in current day situations. The threatening situation that Asher finds himself in is beyond his comprehension. It takes more than just a threat to make Asher and Nathaniel take it seriously. The plot line is fast paced, well-written, and engages the reader from the start. The growing love between Asher and Natheniel is beautiful, while the distress Nathaniel feels is realistic and sad at the same time. You will never guess who is responsible for the threats.
