The House on Sheridan Street
Gale Solomon is a real estate developer who plans on renovating a newly purchased property on Sheridan Street. Things are going as planned except for Nathan Oakley, a man who isn’t what he appears to be, and the picketers lined up on the sidewalk. The instant attraction between the two men catches both of them off guard. For Gale, Nathan brings nothing but trouble. But it seems the old house holds more secrets than Gale originally thought. Nathan’s presence just might be the wrench in Gale’s plans. Can the Nathan convince Gale that he is who he says he is, or will love get in the way of the bottom line?
Cat Kane has created two wonderful characters in Gale and Nathan. Gale is the classically uptight metro-type who is a bit obsessive with his work. He is completely and totally opposite to Nathan, who works hard for a living, supporting an alcoholic and abusive parent. Even despite the fact that Nathan’s motives appear to be less than above board, you can’t help but like him right from the first meeting. The little bit of mystery connected to the house was even more pleasing to read. The House On Sheridan Street is a must read!
