Heidi and Kolt had a past and that is exactly where Heidi intended their relationship to stay. Unfortunately, upon her father’s death, she finds out that Kolt and she are now partners in her father’s mountain climbing business. Heidi has no choice but to face Kolt and see if the fire still burns between them, even though she believed Kolt only wanted her because it was his duty to her father. Facing both the man and the mountain that she left years before will be a challenge, but can she keep her wits about her when the only man she has ever loved is playing for keeps?

A departure from the common romance, Breathless Peaks, takes the reader on a tale of high climbing lust. Heidi grows from her insecurities and faces her problem’s head on. Her ability to question her own feelings as well as Kolt’s produces the right amount of inner conflict to keep the story interesting. Kolt is strong and amazingly sexy. He can take me up a mountain any day! The titillating sex is very high on the heat scale and will leave the reader fanning themselves to cool off. Adrianna Dane keeps this reader continually looking for the next novel with bated breath, and she didn’t disappoint me with Breathless Peaks.
