Set in Stone

Rival real estate agents Sarah Livingstone and Jacob Porter have fought a private attraction for years but hide it behind a facade of fierce competitiveness. When they are unwittingly thrown together in a haunted house, the facade crumbles in the face of some very erotic statuary. Their libidos go into overdrive, and neither of them is quite sure what is real and what is not. Can they find happiness in each other’s arms, or is it all merely an illusion?

Right off the bat, the reader is given an interesting paranormal twist to sink their teeth into. Sarah and Jacob have an underlying passion for each other that lies just below the surface waiting to be unleashed. I enjoy reading something out of the ordinary, and Set in Stone was exactly that. I liked the element of not knowing what was really going on, and I was guessing right along with the characters. Sarah and Jacob had great chemistry, and the addition of the naughty statues adds to the heat level of this book. The book was a quick, easy read that had me impatiently waiting to see the outcome. Ms. Day is an author worth reading, and I look forward to her upcoming work.
