Aimee Small is a shy young woman who owns a Christmas store named The Jolly Santa. She spends most of her time working and has no boyfriend to speak of. She has had a five-year crush on one of her best customers, but she has never acted on her feelings. But this Christmas will be unforgettable for Aimee. Aimee wakes up naked in a cardboard box all tied up. She is thinking all kinds of terrible things are about to happen to her, but she is so very wrong.

Joseph Christopher opens his door and finds a huge package waiting to be opened. He starts forward, puzzled as to who would send such a large gift. He reads the card out loud and sees that it is from the cousins of the woman he has had the major hots for. A movement from the box has him opening it in a hurry. Imagine his surprise when his dream girl, Aimee is what he reveals.

Aimee doesn't know whether to settle for embarrassment or relief upon seeing Joseph, probably the former. She has never been confident about her body since she is a little on the curvier side and now here she is bearing all to this nerdy hunk. Her body is screaming for her to take advantage of this situation, because this is her only chance. They both have finally gotten their wish, but will they go for it?

All Boxed Up is a steamy but funny read. Aimee and Joseph are perfect for each other. All the emotion and all the sexual tension had me on the edge of my seat. They are both easily relatable characters with good and honest flaws, and they seem to be genuine people. All it takes is a nudge in the right direction by Aimee's two nutty but hilarious cousins to get her where she needs to be. I would love to read some more about the cousins. Ms. Douglas shows a lot of talent in her writing.
