All The Trees In Pearl

Margaret Redde arrives by wagon in Pearl, Colorado. She is to meet her husband-to-be, Ethan Carver, and has traveled a long way. They are complete strangers to each other and have only spoken through letters. Margaret meets him for the first time when her wagon arrives on his ranch, but he claims he doesn't know what she is talking about. She produces the correspondence and shows him it was postmarked in Pearl. Ethan takes a better look at the letters and quickly discovers they are from his brother, who just lit out of town a week ago. Margaret feels like a fool for signing up to be a mail order bride. Just look where it has gotten her. She has no home to speak of and has traveled all this way for nothing.

Ethan feels a strong desire toward this woman, and he can't let her go without making sure everything is secure for her. He finds instructions - his brother has left some for Margaret and himself to follow- and one is if Margaret stays a year on the ranch, she will get all the bridal jewelry that belonged to his mother. Seeing how Margaret has been wronged by his flesh and blood, Ethan feels he must make amends. He offers to marry Margaret to protect her reputation, but will Margaret agree to stay and make her home with Ethan?

All The Trees In Pearl is a sensual, haunting, but highly erotic western story about two people finding love where they least expect it. Margaret set out looking for a husband and a home to call her own. Ethan wants nothing to do with marriage, but when these two meet for the first time, all their plans change. There have never been two characters who are more suited. When it comes to writing love scenes, Ms. Ryan-Davis wins hands down. Heart-racing, breaking a sweat, crossing your legs, blow your mind, hot steamy scenes. She knows how to set off the fireworks. The storyline was very compelling also. I read this story from start to finish, drooling the whole time. I will be searching for more treasures by Ms. Ryan-Davis in the near future. She writes stories that you want to tell all your friends about.
