Kaci Melton has endured a lot of ridicule growing up as the daughter of a ghost hunter and has spent most of her life traveling from one town to another with her father. Kaci would do anything for her dad, so when he asks her to take a job for him to earn enough money to pay off Guido, the dangerous loan shark, Kaci agrees even though she’s scared to death of ghosts.

Kaci hopes that the job will be an easy in and out for the old stuffy professor who is expecting her dad, but boy was she wrong. First of all, the professor is young, sexy and single plus the ghost has formed an attachment to Kaci and refuses to leave without her.

Professor Peyton Cache never really believed in ghosts until he bought the beautiful Victorian and seen his underwear sprout wings and fly through the house, and with an important dinner scheduled at his house, he needs to get rid of the ghost in order to help his chances of getting the grant he’s applied for.

Karen Kelley has written an intelligent, funny and sexy story that’s sure to touch your heart. Her characters are always interesting and fun, and this is no exception. Kaci is a feisty, smart woman who does her best to overcome her fear of ghosts in order to help her father while also dealing with her own personal issues. Peyton was both sexy and strong as he dealt with the ghost and his problem with women.
