A Touch of Spice by Erin O’Niall is part of the Inherently Sexual series.

Steve loves Eric very much, but he feels that they are in a rut. Their lives are preplanned. There isn’t any spontaneity or surprise, even down to their sex life. Don’t get me wrong, Steve’s feelings haven’t changed towards Eric, but the flash and spark isn’t there and he plans to get it back. Eric immediately says "no" to changing their vacation plans and assumes that Steve doesn’t want him anymore. Steve just can’t get the picture of Eric in a rustic setting on satin sheets out of his mind, so he sets his plot in motion. What does Steve have in mind? How will Eric react? Even more importantly, could Eric himself have ideas on ways to please his man?

Ms. O’Niall has created a short story that brings to life two intriguing characters who are very different but who have one thing in common: their love for one another. Steve’s desire for a little spontaneity in their lives could have backfire on him, but the effects are more than he could ever dream. Eric, on the surface, seems to like everything planned, but under the surface a little impulsiveness may just bring out what Steve always wanted. Thanks go to Ms. O’Niall for a great story.
