His Magical Student
Teryn Windhorn is a mage that is spread too thin with all the villages he is to protect. The mage council says he has to take an apprentice to train to help him protect his territory. He refuses because of his last apprentice and the horrible ending to her life. He must train another or the villages will suffer because of him. Will he find the one apprentice he can not live without?

Jendaya Carinella is shunned by her village because she is a bastard daughter of a mage. Even though her village does not want her she swears to protect it even if it causes her death. She is untrained and has no clue as how to control her power, and it just might be the end of her. Teryn takes Jendaya as an apprentice and not only does the magic fly, but the sparks incite between them. As they battle the evil creatures Teryn must learn to trust, and Jendaya just wants to be loved. Will Jendaya find the love she is looking for?

Mary Winter has given the readers a taste of magic with His Magical Student. Teryn and Jendaya’s story is a beautifully written love tale full of magic, passion, and explosives sensuality. Ms. Winter has created a wonderful new world for the readers to explore, and a hero and heroine that they can love. His Magical Student hooks the readers from the beginning and keeps them until the very end. Ms. Winter gives the readers what they are asking for and so much more in a fantasy. Ms. Winter has a unique talent to weave her magic for the readers and have them running back for more. I truly enjoyed His Magical Student, and I cannot wait to see what she will come up with next.
