Sisters of Magic 3: Dangerous Magic
Cade knows that the darkness will take him soon, but he is holding onto his sanity and life with all of his might. He has to keep the darkness at bay long enough to beat Nigel and give his old friends some peace at last. Cade has accepted that his soul is doomed because of his past actions; and he also knows that the darkness in him is growing stronger each day.

Francesca is a witch, living with the curse of her people, and because of that curse, she holds herself away from people, not allowing herself the intimacy of a man. However, when she sees Cade, she can't help herself; she is drawn to him like a moth to flames. She has known since she was ten that she would die in a battle against Nigel, but not before she defeated him.

Now, both Cade and Francesca make their own plans to kill Nigel, each knowing that it will end in their death. Are they correct, or will their love prevail over the evil that has hunted them for years?

Dangerous Magic is the third book in the Sisters of Magic series. This is an intriguing and imaginative story that has gotten better with each book. Donna Grant uses descriptions of places and people, making me feel as if I can see everything with my own eyes. The pace is fast and the story flows together nicely. This third book finally brings together the whole story, answering all my questions and confirming my suspicions.

In the previous books, I had the opportunity to meet Cade and Francesca. However, they were more shrouded in mystery than the other secondary characters, making me want to know about these two players in the overall story. I was happy to learn that they are the main characters in this book. Each of them has strong ties to the main characters of the other books. When the evil began, Cade was part of the original group, including Drogan and Gerard. Francesca has hovered on the outer edges of the other stories, helping the others and instilling her importance to this group of people. I would never have imagined just how perfect these two characters are for one another.

Each of the books in this series can be read as a stand-alone title, but you will not get the full effect of the plot if you do not read them all in the order that they were released. If you are looking for a new erotic paranormal series involving powerful magic and passionate characters, then I highly recommend the Sisters of Magic series.
