Sit Up and Beg is our first glimpse at Killian and Evan. From the opening scene, I knew this couple would command my attention. Their playfulness in the midst of a dangerous situation was perfect, and pulled me into this fast-paced story. Killian and Evan communicated easily and their effortless banter made them an appealing couple.

Evan's recent occupational choice isn't about financial gain. After discovering the truth, I could understand why he endangered himself and took on this job. Killian was in the wrong place at the right time. While being kidnapped and possibly forced into fighting isn't ideal, he would have never met Evan if he didn't get trapped. The men have a chemistry that builds over time. Julia Talbot has created two tantalizing characters. The setting, and plot all worked well together to create a great story. I'm anxious to read more about Killian and Evan.
