Troy Summers and his partner Jamie Everson get along great. Jamie is a good friend as well as a partner. He doesn't want to do anything that would cause tension in their partnership so when he meets Nicky, Jamie's to die for brother, he hides his feelings. But when Nicky comes to him for help after being beaten up by his ex-boyfriend Troy knows that he will do anything to protect this man. Even keep their relationship a secret. But, secrets have a way of coming to light and this time it may not be soon enough to protect Nicky and Troy from Nicky's ex.

I loved getting to see the relationship between Troy and Nicky develop. It was fun already having an inside glimpse into some of the events that fans saw previously in Sammy Dane. I loved Jamie and Sammy's story but have to admit that I liked Troy and Nicky's even more. Troy is a man that I could love! Strong but tender, protective but not overbearing, a real man and not just eye candy. Nicky made me just want to scoop him up and hide him away from the world. I wanted to protect him and coddle him until he realized just how special he was. Stormy Glenn has written a wonderful love story with Picture Me Perfect.
