If you want a guaranteed good read, than read Ticket to Ride! Just about anything written by Shawn Lane is guaranteed to be good, really. Ticket to Ride has a little bit of everything all rolled in to one novella: suspense, romance, and a sexy musician. It also has great characterization and an equally great plotline that will suck you in until the very end. Jack is probably one of the sexiest men to ever grace the pages of a book. His personality comes through loud and clear. Who doesn't love a good mystery? And it's a mystery that isn't predictable. At least, I never guessed who the killer was or why until it was revealed. A solid 5 Angels!
