Zac is a Delta Wolf and works for the Wolf Council to take care of any wolves that have gone rogue threatening the safety of all werewolves. The Delta Wolves have the ability to blend into the background, so they can't be seen by their prey. This makes them very effective hunters. Wolves like Zac are forced to live on the outskirts of the pack because they give off pheromones that are irresistible to all wolves except for the wolves who are Alphas, Betas or other Deltas and most importantly the Delta's mates. Zac has been looking for his mates for a long time. After completing his job, Zac stopped in a strange town for the night and decided to get a drink, and he finds not only members of a different pack but one of his mates. Matt is having a quiet night when the most gorgeous man walks in riveting his attention, and he was the only regular pack member who was not affected. Matt learns that Zac is his mate and nothing will stand in his way to be with Zac. After a night of glorious bliss, Zac gets another assignment and is forced to take Matt with him. Zac quickly gets the feeling that something is definitely wrong with this job when Alpha Issacar's behavior and need to get rid of his Beta Aiden doesn't feel right. Zac goes to find Aiden and what he finds confounds him. Aiden is not only protective of his family, but Zac's other mate. Aiden calls his friend Sebastian, another Delta to help them, and they decide to leave quickly so they can regroup until they figure out a plan that will keep them all safe. Will Zac, Aiden, Matt, and Sebastian find a way to overcome the threat against Aiden and all of the packs?

Ms. Glenn and Ms. Flynn have created a fast paced and intriguing story that ensnared me from the start. I fell in love with Matt from the very beginning. He felt that he wasn't worthy of having a mate such as Zac, but his unique abilities and intelligence made both of his mates stand up and take notice. Zac may be large and in charge, but Matt's strength of character drew both his mates to him for all time. Aiden is a Beta, but his loving personality and physical prowess is just what his mates want. The erotic scenes are scorching hot and filled with love and laughter. I will be waiting for the next installment in the Delta Wolf series.
