Gift of the Night Flyer

Count Ignatio Magonoff is intrigued when he meets Lady Leslie Romanoffski. Her carriage has broken down on the road to his castle. He wonders how she came to be there, since this road leads only to his home, but, upon seeing her, he no longer cares. She is beautiful, and grows more beautiful the longer he is in her presence. There is something about this stranger that draws him as no one has since his wife and son’s deaths.

Lady Leslie is equally fascinated by the Count. She can tell from his gaze that he is attracted to her, as she is to him. He has an almost wicked appeal to her, as if there is something just beneath the veneer that he presents the world. She thinks that he may just be worthy of her most precious gift-immortality. Yet, when she “gifts” him, Leslie gets more than she bargained for.

This is a tale of tortured lives and loves. It brings home that you really should be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it and it never lives up to your expectations.

This does have some moderate BDSM, so it is not for the bashful. However, if you’re feeling adventurous, there is just enough there to really get your attention and make you wonder! The sex scenes are very well written and Ms. Summers has done a wonderful job of making her readers experience the lives of these characters.
