After reading the first book in the Nephilim War series, I was practically on pins and needles waiting for this one to be released. It was well worth the wait! I had almost forgotten how erotic and sensual the men in this series could be. Alaric was an absolute treat! Al-Kenna’s reaction to him was positively entertaining. I especially loved how fascinated she was when she realized he wore socks and ran his toes through the sand. It was a totally believable reaction if faced with a total sex magnet like Alaric. You could feel how much he loved Smenkhare and then later, Al-Kenna. His emotions made him that much more appealing to me. They are a fantastic couple and I am very anxious to see what the next book will bring for them.

Raven was equally seductive. The scene with Charity and him against the wall was enough to melt my PDA. They aren’t the only hotties in this novel. I am very anxious to see what Ms. Kama has planned for Alaric’s friend Damon. My credit card is out and ready waiting for the next Nephilim War story. This is not a series you want to miss!
