Atlantis Vortex

Jessica has spent years searching for the man who saved her from a diving accident. His beautiful eyes have been haunting her. An archaeological discovery puts Jessica in harm’s way. As she and her crew continue to uncover items, Jessica become more concerned as to what the items mean. After an attack, Jessica knows that she and her team are on to something extraordinary. Jessica is unhappy with the circumstances that Xerxes Kallides has put her in – he has taken her from her family, her friends and her job. He says it is to protect her, but she is not so sure. Jessica is unable to deny her attraction to Xerxes and soon finds she is in love with him. Someone is determined to destroy Jessica and Xerxes' happiness. Jessica will do whatever it takes to save Xerxes.

Xerxes has loved Jessica ever since he saved her from a diving accident when she was a teenager. Now someone from his world is determined to hurt her and he cannot allow that. Tempting her with clues, Xerxes brings her to the entrance of his world. Bringing her to Atlantis is a risk, but he will take any risk to keep Jessica safe. Jessica’s anger at be taken does not diminish the love or desire Xerxes sees in her eyes. By making her his wife, he believes he can shield her from harm. There is a traitor among his people; someone is bent on exposing the safe world they inhabit. Protecting Jessica and his people is the driving force behind Xerxes' actions.

Atlantis Vortex is an amazing blend of action and romance. Jessica and Xerxes struggle to save Atlantis while fighting to be together. The constant action and deep love of Jessica and Xerxes will keep the reader on the edge of their seat. I enjoyed that Jessica was a very independent woman who did not depend on Xerxes saving her.
