Special Delivery

April Thompkins, a bicycle courier, is always up for a little adventure. Being kidnapped and stranded on an island with Tyler Nielsen, however, does not count as adventure she is looking for. April cannot help but notice how attractive Tyler is, in spite of the fact that he is a stuffed shirt. She is going to do all it takes to escape her kidnappers and get off of the island, and Tyler can either help her or get out of her way. Spending time with Tyler opens her heart to him, but how does he feel about her? Will getting off the island be the end of April’s feelings for Tyler or are they deeper than she imagines?

Tyler Nielsen thought that the bicycle courier delivering the plans for his new resort was cute, but he never expected to be kidnapped and left on an island with her. April is a free spirit and Tyler is a man who always consults his day planner. Tyler is determined to get off the island and to keep April safe; April feels that she does not need Tyler's help. Tyler is unsure of April’s feelings for him – are her feelings a result of being trapped with him or does she really care for him?

Special Delivery is an enchanting story of a free-spirited woman meeting a take-charge kind of guy. Linda Wallace has a great sense of dialogue and humor that makes this an enjoyable story. The addition of adventure and action will keep the reader on the edge of their seat.
