Timewalkers Two: Mairi

As a descendant of Atlantis, timewalker Mairi Neeshan can breathe water. Because of her special abilities, she is sent through time to save Prince Raiden Tzacher from a fate that has already occurred, that of a watery grave. His own cousin betrayed Prince Raiden for control of Qillius Two. Raiden’s death acts as the catalyst that begins an intergalactic war and destroys all that Raiden holds dear. While rescuing Raiden, Mairi discovers a few things - that Raiden is handsome, stubborn, and her chosen mate linked to her through mystical brand called the Shen. Now, Mairi must help Raiden escape and find the traitor. In the process, she also wants to discover more about him and his passion.

Ms. Chambers’ characters are fascinating and extraordinary. Mairi is smart, strong and honorable. She is willing to risk everything to save a planet and people that existed long before she did. Raiden is hot, handsome and headstrong. You’ll commiserate with him about his betrayal, laugh at his stubbornness and antics, and fall in love with him along with Mairi. Their relationship is quick and intense, but thoroughly believable. The plot is fast paced, suspenseful and gripping. The twists and turns will keep you engrossed and you won’t want to stop reading. You’ll enjoy Timewalkers Two: Mairi even if you missed the first one…and if you did miss it, you’ll want to go out and get it!
