Taking a new “wife” home should provide incentive for his brothers to change their ways. Unbeknownst to both Kat and Colin, Kat’s two sisters are against her dating service and a relationship with a mortal. If things aren’t complicated enough, Kat forgot one small detail when she and Colin agreed to their ruse. Kat’s a witch, but even her magic might not be enough to make these men over and protect her heart from being broken when her deal with Colin ends.

This modern day take on Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is a fun, romantic delight. Add magic to an already enjoyable story and you can’t go wrong. Beverly Rae has created a cast of characters that are a delight to meet. Love Times Seven had me laughing loudly as I read the brothers’ antics and Kat’s subsequent response. Her ability to handle these seven rowdy men with just a touch of magic and spunk will win readers over. The passion that develops between Colin and Kat is steamy and makes for some spicy scenes that mix well with the humor of trying to reform six rakes. Ms. Rae has done a wonderful job keeping this story lighthearted and fun while still managing to deliver a romance that is a refreshing read. The author’s blend of style and dialogue ensures that I will be looking for more of her books.
