Redemption: Steven’s Salvation

Steven Weller and Sammy Turner have been best friends since they first met in the fifth grade. As time went on, that friendship turned into desire and love. Both Steven and Sammy thought their happy ever after was right around the corner, but obstacles kept getting in the way. Now that they are no longer together, Steven aches to change the past in order to have a better future. Sammy is now engaged…to someone else, a fact which burns Steven up every time he thinks about it. He knows Sammy still loves him, still burns for his kisses just as he longs to be in her arms again. Unfortunately, life in River Bend isn’t as easy as Steven wants it to be. When Sammy accuses him of stalking her, of taking photographs of her and him, Steven is angry, but more than anything, he is worried. It seems someone is following Sammy and sending her some bad messages.

Samantha Turner doesn’t want to believe it is Steven who sent her the photographs. In her heart, she knows he would never do anything to hurt her; their bond runs too deep. But she is still confused. Even though she’s engaged, it is still Steven who is on her brain all the time; it is still Steven she runs to for comfort and love. But with her stalker getting more daring, Sammy knows she has to take matters into her own hands, or run the risk of Steven getting hurt. Of course, there’s no way Steven is going to allow Sammy to try to catch this madman on her own, so with a little teamwork, both hope that Sammy’s stalker will soon be a thing of the past. But what does their future hold?

Once again, Liz Andrews and Lena Matthews light up the pages with this intense and provocative romance. Just like its predecessor, the newest story in The Redemption series features two strong-willed protagonists who will connect with the reader immediately. Steven is the Alpha male every woman longs for in their lives, but he is also a man with heart and determination, a man who isn’t afraid to risk it all for the woman he loves. Sammy is an equally refreshing heroine. Though she’s confused about her future with Steven, and her situation with her fiancé, she’s also not going to sit back and take the harassment coming her way. She’s truly a fabulous woman and it isn’t any wonder that two men are so attracted to her.

The story also builds on the mysterious Grossman Corp that was so much a part of Logan’s Temptation, by giving a few more clues into just what Grossman wants with River Bend. These two authors know how to build suspense and romance into an engrossing story. Steven’s Salvation is not to be missed and once again, these delightful writers deserve Fallen Angel Reviews highest praise, that of a Recommended Read.
