In Your Wildest Dreams

Stephanie Grant left everything she knew to go to New Orleans and search for her sister. The last that she heard from her, she was making money the oldest way; on her back. Worried about her sister she enlisted the help of a former call girl and used the information gathered to gain entrance to the secret third floor room of Chez Sophia. While there she meets a bartender who is more than he seems.

Jake knows that the tall blonde doesn’t belong, but he can’t figure out what makes him care. He used to be a cop, but just couldn’t take it anymore. Now he coasts along as a bartender in a classy place that is nothing but an excuse for men to pick up high priced girls. When the two of them get together to try and find Stephanie’s sister, they find themselves in a mess that will bring them together in all sorts of ways.

Toni Blake has another hit on her hands with In Your Wildest Dreams. Jake is a wonderfully damaged man who doesn’t even know that he needs healing. Stephanie is an awe-inspiring character who is amazing. To leave everything behind and put herself in danger for family is the epitome of a caring person. I was enthralled by the sparks between Jake and Stephanie and loved the fast-paced plot. The way that Ms. Blake skillfully took these ingredients and whipped up a fabulous book is nothing short of awesome. Well done!
